Job Context
This role is primarily responsible for strategist the new business acquiring policy ensuring that the business portfolio of Islamic finance products is profitable for the bank and the risk are proactively identified and optimized. Other primary responsibility of the role is to lead a team in Islamic Banking proactively. This position will maintain existing asset portfolio of the Islamic finance product, create new business opportunity to meet planned business targets and constantly follow-up with delinquent customers.
Job Responsibilities

• Develop, recommend and implement Business Development Strategies in order to meet planned and desired business results and ensure they are consistent with established goals in Islamic Banking (Assets & Liabilities).
• Ensure new business opportunities are created for the bank ensuring a profitable portfolio.
• Maintain the current portfolio of the business.
• Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with the customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Effectively lead a team to ensure the business targets are achieved and also drive the personal development of the team.

Educational Requirements
Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements: At least 10 year(s)
Additional Requirements: At least 10 years of relevant work-experience in Banking with minimum 3 years in similar Islamic Banking role.
Job Location: Dhaka
